Gianna Alessandra Sanchez Moretti, italo-Venezuelan, is a Doctor in Law (Universidade de Brasília) with professional experience in the United Nations since 2009 (with UNICEF in Madrid, UNESCO in Paris, UNITAR in Geneva, UNDP-IPC in Brasilia, and OHCHR in Geneva). Her areas of expertise include international law, human rights, education, sustainable development and capacity-building. She also holds a Masters in International Studies and Human Rights (2012) and a Bachelor in International Relations (2010) from the Università degli Studi di Torino. Gianna has lived in seven countries and is fluent in five languages (English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese; while currently learning Arabic).
